In fact only 27 of these special series SR5s were manufactured by Peterborough-based Radical Sportcars. The idea was to create an endurosport race car capable of competing in long distance races. The result was this LMP-inspired SR5 – and it’s pretty awesome. In case you’re wondering LMP stands for Le Mans Prototype. That goes some way to explaining the design of this special SR5.
